DUQUBUE — Ignatius “Iggy” Kircher, 87, of Dubuque, died today in Dubuque.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Hoffmann-Schneider Funeral Home, Dubuque, where further arrangements are pending.
