OXFORD JUNCTION — Grace D. Barto, 93, of Oxford Junction, died Saturday at the Jackson County Public Hospital, Maquoketa.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Lahey Funeral Home, Oxford Junction, with the Rev. Sharon Treloar officiating. Burial will be in the Mayflower Cemetery, Oxford Junction. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
She was born Dec. 13, 1912, in Chicago to Edward and Josephine Qualua Dedina. She married Fred J. Barto on Dec. 22, 1939, in Chicago. He died in 1949.
She graduated from high school in Chicago.
She worked with Book Bindings in Chicago and farmed with her husband in the Oxford Junction area.
She was a member of the Oxford Junction United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star Peerless Chapter 435 and CZBJ Lodge, Oxford Junction.
Survivors include one brother-in-law, Howard Barto of Oxford Junction.
