FONDA, N.Y. — Heather Kostka, 22, of Fonda, died Sunday at Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady, N.Y. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in the spring.
She was born in Schenectady.
She was employed with the Hannaford Grocery Store.
She was a member of the Deaf Bowling League.
Survivors include her parents, Michael Kostka and Charlene Kostka, both of Fonda; two brothers, Michael J. Kostka and Henry Kostka, both of Fonda; one stepsister, Theresa Kostka of Clinton; and one stepbrother, Jay Kostka of Clinton.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother.
