CHARLOTTE — Louise C. Wiese, 97, of Charlotte, died Monday at Clover Ridge Place, Maquoketa.
There will be a celebration of her life at 1 p.m. Thursday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Charlotte. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services, Maquoketa, and from noon until the service time Thursday at the church. Burial will be in the Elvira Cemetery.
She was born May 11, 1908, in Clinton County to Frank Kunde and Emelia Schroeder Wiese. She married John Wiese on March 13, 1929, in Charlotte. He died in 1988.
She was a homemaker and farmed with her husband in the Charlotte area for many years before retiring to Charlotte.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Charlotte.
Survivors include her children, Eldon (Lola) Wiese of Charlotte and Mrs. Donna (Robert) Wirth of Maquoketa; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Charlotte, or Hospice of Jackson County.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and two sisters.
