Albertane Drake

CLINTON - Albertane Drake, 66, of Clinton, died Wednesday at Mercy North Hospital.

Visitation will be Saturday at Lemke Funeral Homes, South Chapel, 2600 Lincoln Way, from 11 a.m. until the service time. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Lionel Davis, pastor of the Greater True Love Church Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery.

She was born Aug. 8, 1939, in Brownsville, Tenn., to Bun and Hattie Jones Drake. She married Lewis Bone on Aug. 10, 1974, in Clinton.

She was a nurse’s aide at the Alverno Health Care Facility.

She was a member of the Greater True Love Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Julie Drake of Clinton; one sister, Willie Mae Anderson of Clinton; three brothers, Finis (Vicki) Drake of Clinton, William Earl Drake of Brownsville, Tenn., and Ervin (Ernistine) Drake of Brownsville; one sister-in-law, Christine Drake of Clinton; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be established.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter and one brother.
