Marie Reeves 11/18/1998 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Marie Stegemeier Reeves, of 611 13th Ave. North, will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Church of the Visitation, Camanche. There is no visitation. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Clinton. Mrs. Reeves died Monday, Nov. 16, 1998, at Genesis Medical Center-East Campus, Davenport. Pape Funeral Home, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements. Marie Stegemeier was born July 7, 1917, in Indianapolis. She married Mark Reeves in 1940 in Indianapolis. She was a homemaker and had been a substitute teacher of the German language in Columbus, Ind. During World War II, she received commendations from the Red Cross. Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church Foundation, Columbus, Ind. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Marcia Bersch, Clinton; a son, Mark S. II, of Singapore; five grandchildren; and a brother, Henri Stegemeier, Champaign, Ill.
