Judy Phillips 11/14/1998 CLINTON, Iowa -- Judy A. Phillips, of Clinton, died Friday, Nov. 13, 1998, at Wheatland Manor. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday at St. Irenaeus Calvary Cemetery, Clinton. There is no visitation. Pape Funeral Home, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements. She was employed at the Skyline Center. She was born July 9, 1953, in Memphis, Tenn. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. Survivors include aunts, Millie Phillips, Clinton, and Marie Oglesby, Midway, Tenn.
