The Clinton Herald Friday October 16, 1908 p. 12 The many friends of George Buell, 39 years old, 1017 South Fifth street, will learn of his death with sincere regret. The young man passed away last evening at 9:15 p.m. after an illness of several months. Death was caused by tuberculosis. The funeral will take place on Sunday at 2 p.m. from the home at 1017 Fifth street. The deceased is survived by his mother, Mrs. Ellen Buell and five brothers, W.S., Claude, Logan, Charles, and Harvey Buell of Sterling, and one sister, Mrs. Inez Wedelmeyer, of Chicago.
