CLINTON — Connie Abbott, 63, of Clinton, died Tuesday at her home.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Lemke Funeral Homes, South Chapel, 2600 Lincoln Way. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. James Machen, pastor of the Church of the Open Door, officiating. Burial will follow in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gary and Randy Lynch and Bert Melvin.
She was born Oct. 1, 1942, to John and Edith Shadle Parchen of Clinton. She married James Abbott on April 25, 1965, at St. Irenaeus Church, Clinton.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Church of the Open Door.
Survivors include her husband; two children, Daniel (Sharon) Abbott of Van Horne and Michael Abbott of Cedar Rapids; and one sister, Mrs. Bonnie (Phillip) Carlson of Scottsdale, Ariz.
A memorial will be established.
