The Clinton Herald Thursday September 19, 1974 p. 14 Mrs. Wilber (Phyllis) Koch, 47, died Wednesday evening at Jane Lamb Hospital following a lingering illness. The funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Miles Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Miles Cemetery. Visitation at the Miller Funeral Home in Preston will be form 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Pallbearers will be Winston Corlis, Robert Jargo, Craig Hansen, Bill Rogis, Gary Rogis and Gene Rogis. The daughter of William E. and Mable Rogis Struve, she was born March 25, 1927, in Clinton. She married Wilbert Koch April 22, 1950. They farmed near Miles. She was a member of the Miles Methodist Church and the Miles Chapter of OES. She is survived by her husband; one son, Warren, and one daughter, Wanda, both at home; and her mother, of Teeds Grove. She was preceded in death by her father.
