The Clinton Herald Friday July 3, 1970 p. 12 Harvey Edward Struve, 67, of Sabula, died today in Jane Lamb Hospital. The funeral service is tentatively set for 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Allen funeral home in Sabula. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery. Pallbearers will include Ray Eggers, John and Roy Struve, William Miller, Randy Jess and David Smith. Dennis Rogers will serve as an honorary pallbearer. Mr. Struve was born Aug. 13, 1902 in Hauntown, the son of William and Dora E. Meyer Struve. He married Bernice Rogers in Clinton, Oct. 18, 1933. The couple had farmed until two years ago when they moved to the Sabula area. Survivors include his widow; two sons, Roger of rural Sabula and Larry of rural Clinton; a daughter, Mrs. James (Susan) Brundage of Sabula; 10 grandchildren, and three brothers, Roy of Clinton, and Leslie and Lyle, both of rural Clinton. He was preceded in death by a son, a grandchild, two sisters and two brothers.
