CEDAR RAPIDS — Patricia E. “Pati” Farris, 72, of Cedar Rapids and formerly of Clinton, died Wednesday Nov. 2, 2005 at her home.

Memorial services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. The Revs. Harlan Gillespie and Lloyd Brockmeyer will be officiating. The body has been cremated with inurnment in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Cedar Memorial Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids, from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday and at the church after 11 a.m. Monday.

She was born June 4, 1933, to George and Nellie Alice Eleanor Russell Morden in Cedar Rapids. She married Paul D. Farris at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Cedar Rapids, on Sept. 3, 1954. They moved to Cedar Rapids in June 1956.

She graduated from Clinton High School and Iowa State University.

She was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, The Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and Puppeteers of America.

Survivors include her husband; children, George Craig Farris of Missouri City, Texas, Mrs. Pamela (Richard) Delgado of Friendswood, Texas, Mrs. Kelly (Richard) Farris-Renner of Franklin, Wis., and Mrs. Elizabeth (Darrin) Myers of West Des Moines; six grandchildren; and one foster daughter, June Ackley of Waterloo.
