CLINTON — Elizabeth M. Erichson, 86, formerly of Miles, died Monday Oct. 17, 2005, at the Alverno Health Care Facility, Clinton.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Miller-Law-Jones Funeral Home, Preston, with the Rev. Bill Warhover officiating. Burial will be in the Miles Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

She was born June 25, 1919, near Miles to Morris and Bessie Hoepner Pedersen. She married Reynold Erichson on Jan. 21, 1945. He died in 1977.

She graduated from Miles High School in 1937 and later graduated from the Clinton School of Business.

She and her husband farmed near Miles for 32 years. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Leah (Gregg) Liddle of Dubuque and Mrs. Laurel (Don) Gruhn of rural Clinton; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one sister and one grandchild.
