Brian Daniel Logsdon, 18, of Clinton, Iowa, died Saturday, July 16, 2005, at University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 21, at Lemke Funeral Home South Chapel, 2600 Lincolnway, Clinton. Burial will follow in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers are Nate Wells, Shawn Corby, Josh Judd, Mark Judd, Mark Otto, Dusty Kersey, Don Kersey, and Chris Lockhart. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Brian was born March 20, 1987, in Clinton, to Michael and Pam (Christiansen) Logsdon. He was a student at Lincoln High School. Brian enjoyed helping people, and loved listening to his music. He is survived by his parents; a sister, Melissa (Eric) Klinkhammer, of Clinton; a brother, Chris Logsdon, of Clinton; a niece and nephew, Justin and Sarah Klinkhammer, of Clinton, maternal grandmother, Luella Christiansen, of Charlotte, Iowa; a special friend, Christina Williams, of Clinton; and maternal and paternal aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
