Helen "Marie" Johnson, 90, of Clinton, died Thursday at the Alverno Health Care Facility, Clinton.

Funeral services will be at the Prince of Peace Parish Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Thomas Hennen officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the service time Saturday. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Clinton.

She was born June 7, 1915, in Clinton to Joseph and Edna McNamara Mullen. She married Vernon "Swede" Johnson on Jan. 15, 1935, in Clinton. He died in 1988.

She was a St. Mary's High School graduate and attended Mercy Hospital's Nursing Program.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish.

Survivors include one brother, Timothy (Marilyn) Mullen of Clinton; one daughter-in-law, Fran Johnson of Ponte Vedra, Fla.; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, parents, one brother and one sister.
