Edwin Lee Jahn, age 47, went to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 3, 2020, in Madison WI.
Edwin was born on March 20, 1973 in Park Rapids, MN to Marshall and Lisa (Ohlschwager) Jahn. The family moved to Clinton, IA a year later. Then in 1985, Medford, OR became Edwin's new home. It is here that he established many lasting friendships, and where he and his life mate, Teresa Schubert, had two children; son Edwin Jr., and daughter Stormy Marie. Edwin is also father to a third child, son Kyllis.
Edwin was a treasure and was loved deeply. He was a feisty and outspoken iron worker and master welder by trade who preferred a rugged, independent lifestyle, yet he would do anything for anyone. In some cases, his dreams were bigger than his plans, but the size of his heart was never in question. He could light up a room with his presence and the memories of his handsome smile, good humor and quick wit will never be forgotten. We will always cherish the good memories and times that we spent together. Edwin is now at peace and he will be deeply missed by all.
Edwin is survived by his life mate, Teresa, and three children, Edwin Jr., Stormy, and Kyllis (Clair); one granddaughter Xoa; his loving mother Lisa (Jim); his father Marshall; brother David (Angie); grandmother Sandra; aunts: Linda, Lori, Julie, Laura, Mary, and Nancy; uncles: Alan, Roger, Glen, Wayne, Ray, Don, David, Fred, and Kevin. Edwin will also be remembered by his nephew Zachary, niece Samantha, and numerous cousins.
A Celebration-of-Life for Edwin will be held on his birthday, March 20, 2021 at his brother's house in Medford, OR.
