The Clinton Herald Friday December 23, 1994 p. 11 Word has been received of the death of Mary B. Clikeman, 79, of 2489 S. Holly St. Denver, Colo., who died Dec. 18 at Mercy Medical Center. She had been vice president and director of Thomson State Bank for many years. The funeral was today in Denver. She was born Aug. 24, 1915, in Savanna. She married Burtis J. Clikeman, Nov. 2, 1941, in Freeport, Ill. She attended the University of Iowa, and lived in Savanna and Clinton before moving to Lehigh Acres, Fla. She moved to Denver, in April 1993. She was active in Church and community affairs. She is listed in the 5th and 6th editions of Who's Who of American Women and Who's Who in the Midwest, 12th Edition. She served on the Board of Lehigh Acres Hospital Association and Lehigh Community Service Board in 1993. Survivors include two sons, Brownell C. Cochran of Highland Rand, and John M. Clikeman of Denver. She was preceded in death by her husband. Death date: Dec. 18, 1994.
