Friends and relatives received the sad news from Letts, Iowa, of the death of little Lawrence Maynard Dosland, the 3 1/2 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Helmer Dosland, formerly of Calamus. Lawrence Maynard was born near Miles, Montana, Dec. 29, 1916, and died May 29, 1920. Funeral services were held in the Methodist church at Calamus Monday afternoon, Rev. John Dawson officiating, and burial was made in the Norwegian cemetery.
