Charlotte, Ia., May 24--Mrs. Anna Mangelsen died last evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Anna Lampe, in Charlotte. Deceased was born in Germany and was eighty years of age.

The funeral will be held at the home of Mrs. Lampe on Wednesday, May 26th, at 12 o'clock noon, with burial at Ingwerson cemetery.

Charlotte, Ia., May 27--Miss Anna Buech, nee Mrs. Charles Mangelsen, who died Sunday, May 16, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Anna Lampe, was born in Hoenfeldt Schleswig Holstein, Germany, August the 31st, 1835. Came to this country in 1858 with her parents and two brothers, Henry who now lives in San Francisco, and Hans who died about thirty years ago. In 1860 she was married to John Sneckloft. To this union was born five children of whom three are living, Henry of Holstein, Ia., John of Center township and Mrs. Anna Lamp of Charlotte. Her husband passed away in the year 1863 and three years later she was married to Charles Mangelsen. To this union was born one son, Charles of Center township. Mr. Mangelsen preceded her in death twelve years ago. She was a devout Christian and a faithful member of the German Lutheran church. The funeral was held Wednesday at 12 o'clock from the Lutheran church, thence to the Ingwersen cemetery near Bryant.
