Fred N. Illeman, a resident of this city since 1888, passed away at 2:15 this morning, after a lingering illness of about five months. The direct cause of his death is attributed to stomach trouble.

Mr. Illeman leaves to mourn his death, besides his wife two children, Ludmilla and Fred both living at home, three sisters, Sophie, Louise and Christine in Germany, one brother, M. H. Ileman of Charlotte, and a brother, August, in Germany.

The funeral arrangements are not yet completed but it is probable that they will take place Sunday.
