Mrs. George Schroeder, nee Matilda Grusendorf, died at 5:15 at her home, 924 North Hoyne avenue, Chicago, after an illness since last fall with a complication of diseases.

Deceased was born about fifty-four years ago at 610 North Fourth street, Lyons, and is well known by the older residents of this city, all of whom will be grieved to learn of her death.

She is survived by her husband, two sons, Dr. George Schroder and Edward Schroder, both of Chicago, and one daughter, Mrs. Frank Hunter, of Waukegan.

Mrs. James Sloppy and Mrs. James Milan are cousins of the deceased and will leave tomorrow afternoon for Chicago to attend the funeral, which will be held Thursday.
