Al Sickafoose, formerly of this city, dropped dead at his home in Spokane, Washington Saturday morning, according to word received in this city yesterday. The news of his sudden death will be a great shock to many of the older residents of this city, who were acquainted with him.

Mr. Sickafoose resided on South Third street in Lyons for a number of years and was foreman for the Joyce Lumber Mills. About fifteen years ago he moved with his wife to Spokane, where he has lived ever since. He was a prominent Mason and Knight of Pythias. The funeral will be held Tuesday morning in Spokane and will be in charge of the Rose Croix Consistory of Mason.
