Roth service is Saturday
Bellevue -- Mary Kay Roth, 61, of Bellevue, died Wednesday at her home.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Bellevue. The Rev. Stephen Meyer will be officiating. Burial will be in the Hazen Cemetery in Bellevue. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Kingery Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Bellevue.
She was born March 15, 1943, in Maquoketa to James and Alverda Grager McAfee. She married Larry L. Roth on Feb. 27, 1960, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Maquoketa. He died in 2002.
She worked with the Mill Valley Care Center in Bellevue and at the Mooney Hollow Barn Cafe in Green Island.
Survivors include three sons, Larry Roth of Dubuque, Lonnie Roth of Denver, Colo., and Lynn (Lisa) Roth of Springbrook; two daughters, Mrs. Laurie (Jim) Steines of Maquoketa and Mrs. Lenae (Kevin) Owen of Springbrook; nine grandchildren; and two brothers, Barney (Sue) McAfee of Maquoketa and Ronnie (Wendy) Usher of Menahga, Minn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter and two brothers.
