Mrs. Anna Barenthin, 75, mother of Marvin Barenthin, died at St. Luke's hospital in Cedar Rapids Feb. 26. Mrs. Barenthin was a resident of Wheatland, where funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in the Presbyterian church. Burial was in Memorial Park cemetery at Rock Island, Ill.

Mrs. Barenthin is survived by 10 children: Mrs. Alfred Licht, Toronto; William, Melrose, Wis.; Harold, Toronto; Mrs. Emil Erlandson, Racine, Wis.; Ferdinand, DeWitt; Mrs. Erwin Meier, Wheatland; George, Moline, Ill.; Albert, Atkins; Lawrence, Davenport; Marvin, Bennett; 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one grandchild.
