Peter Jepsen, a well known resident of Clinton, died last evening at 6 o'clock at Agatha hospital, after an illness of about nine days, death being caused by pneumonia.

The funeral of Peter Jepsen was held at the Danish Lutheran church Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. The Rev. P. F. Gotke officiated. Members of the Dannevirke society acted as an escort as the procession moved from the home, 418 DeWitt street, to the church.

The pallbearers were Jens Lyshot, L. L. Ries, Simon Thomsen, Jens Christiansen, Hans Juhl, M. Thusen.

Burial was made at Springdale cemetery.
