John A. McLeod, ticket agent for the Northwestern in Clinton for years died at his home in Chicago Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.

The body will be brought to Clinton for burial reaching here at 2:30 Saturday afternoon.

Mr. McLeod leaves his wife and one son, Norman. Mrs. McLeod was Mable Giessler of Clinton. Their marriage was solemnized in this city. Fifteen years ago the family moved to Des Moines, and later to Chicago.

Burial services for John McLeod were held Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Springdale cemetery, the body having been brought to Clinton from Chicago Saturday afternoon. Mrs. McLeod and their son, Norman and Mr. and Mrs. George Holton, of Des Moines came with the body.

The pall-bearers were James McGregor Leslie, R. N. Howes, E. N. Woodbury, W. W. Paterson, Bert Ziengenfus and Frank Whitehead.
