Mrs. Rose Barr living southeast of Gambril, passed away yesterday at her home. She was born July 30th, 1854, and was 62 years of age. One son, Clyde and one daughter, Pearl Ruby besides a large circle of neighbors and friends survive. There was also another daughter Myrtle, who died about ten years ago.

The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at the late residence and the remains will be brought to DeWitt for interment in Elmwood cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Rose Barr were held at the late residence southeast of Gambril Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock, and were conducted by Rev. W. H. Mitchell of DeWitt and Rev. Ackerman of McCausland. Appropriate sacred selections were sung by Mrs. W. S. Saltmarsh and Rev. Mitchell. The remains were brought to DeWitt and interred in Elmwood cemetery.
