Saturday night at 10:20 o'clock at her home on Miami street occurred the death of Mrs. Maria Ebensberger Bart, after an illness of some six months' duration, complications having been the cause of her death.

Deceased was born June 4, 1841, in Lansing, Mich., where she lived with her parents for a number of years. Coming to Peoria in 1959, she was united in marriage to Wm. Ebensberger that year and came here with her husband in 1864. Her husband died in 1870 and in 1872 she was again married to Henry Bart of this city.

Mrs. Ebensberger was very well known in this city and her many friends will be grieved to learn of her death. She is survived by six children as follows: Mrs. Carrie Fields, of this city; Mrs. Eli Schultz, of Clinton; Miss Edith Ebensberger of Cedar Rapids; W. B. Ebensberger of this city, and John Ebensberger and Miss Louise Bart, who resided with her.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home, with Rev. N. A. McAulay officiating, and burial will be made in Oakland cemetery.

Funeral services for the late Mrs. Maria Ebensberger was held on Tuesday afternoon from the home on Miami street, with Rev. N. A. McAulay of the Lyons Presbyterian church officiating.

Burial was made in Oakland cemetery and the following persons acted as pallbearers; M. Foran, M. C. Lollich, A. M. Potts, F. L. Holleran, A. Crouch and M. J. Gabriel.
