Mrs. Harry Odgers died yesterday in a hospital at Cedar Rapids after a short illness from typhoid fever. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Odgers of DeWitt, and by her parents, who live in Cedar Rapids. Her maiden name was Glendola Johnson. Some years ago she lived with her parents near Maquoketa. The remains are expected today for interment in Elmwood cemetery.

The funeral of the late Mrs. J. H. Odgers who passed away Monday afternoon at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Johnson in Cedar Rapids was held Thursday afternoon at the Congregational church. After a short sermon by the pastor Rev. R. K. Chapman the Eastern Stars conducted the services. A choir composed of Dr. R. A. Emmons, C. H. Christensen, Miss Mae Gostick and Mrs. William Gostick furnished music. S. R. Peters, William Gostick, Bert Allen, Elmer Saltmarsh, Heine Peters and Joseph Bresh acted as bearers of the pall. Interment was made in Elmwood cemetery. Many out-of-town people from Maquoketa, Cedar Rapids and other places were present at the funeral.
