Page 8Brief funeral services for the late Mrs. C. B. Harding were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Bragonier & Behr undertaking parlors. Rev. C. L. Nye officiated at the services and interment took place in Springdale cemetery.
Mrs. Harding died Wednesday evening at 10:20 o'clock at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Etta Stanton of Worthington, Minn. The body was brought to Clinton arriving her at 5 o'clock Saturday morning. Mrs. Harding was born in Canada in 1816 and moved to Clinton at an early age. She resided in Clinton for about fifty years, residing for a number of years with her granddaughter, Mrs. M. E. Bittner, and had made her home for the last few years with her granddaughter of Worthington, Minn. She leaves to mourn her death two sons, William Harding of Canada and Mosher Harding of Dennison, and one daughter, Mrs. C. F. Clarke of Chicago.
