Mrs. Edith Flack of 282 Twelfth avenue, passed away at Agatha hospital at 3:25 o'clock Sunday morning, the cause of her death having been appendicitis. Mrs. Flack was operated on Saturday morning.

The deceased was born in England about 50 years ago, and came to this country and settled in New York state when a young girl, later removing to Clinton. She leaves to mourn her loss two sons, Fred and Henry, of this city, also her mother, Mrs. Marion Porter, and one sister, Mrs. William Axton, both residing at Auburn, N.Y.

It is expected that the funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon, with services at St. John's Episcopal church.
