Funeral services for the late Mrs. Phoebe Ann Beamer nee Connolly, will be held on Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the First M.E. church. Deceased was born in Hancock county, Ill. March 28th, 1841 and came to Davenport with her parents in 1846. In 1868 she was married to Thomas C. Beamer the ceremony being performed by Dr. Truesdale in Davenport.

Mrs. Beamer's death occurred at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning at her home 447 Sixteenth avenue at the age of 79 years. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. W. M. Scott of Braham, Minn., and son, C. A. Beamer of Cedar Rapids, also a sister Mrs. M. V. Byron of Buffalo, N.Y.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Phoebe Ann Beamer was held at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon. Services were at the M. E. church, after a brief service at the home, 447 Sixteenth avenue, and burial was made in Springdale cemetery.
