Elmer C. Fromang, 80, of 2302 Chancy St., died in Charlotte, Iowa Saturday February 29, 1968. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Snell-Smith funeral home where friends may call. Dr. Ralph Baker of First Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park.

Mr. Fromang was born November 23, 1887 in Evansville, Indiana, the son of George and Eda Laubscher Fromang. He married Cora Belle Eison, August 29, 1914 in Peoria, Illinois. Mr. Fromang was a retired employee of Climax Engine Mfg. Co.

Surviving are one son, George H. of Clinton; two grandchildren, Vici L. Johnson and Kay F. Munson; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Orville of Evansville, Indiana and Walter of San Diego, California.
