Steven M. Wilden age 50 of Clinton, passed away Saturday April 1, 2017 at his home. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Thursday April 6th at the Pape Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Wednesday 4 - 7 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Steve Redding, Dale Appel, David Wilden, Jamie and Jeff Wiebenga, and Mark Wiebenga. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom and Todd Wiebenga. Steven was born on Feb. 28, 1967 in Clinton, IA, the son of Maurice and Kathy (Wiebenga) Wilden. He graduated from Clinton High School in 1985. He attended Marshalltown Community College for Machinist and Tool & Die. He worked for Custom-Pak for over 27 years in the tool & die department as a mold maker. He enjoyed boating, fishing, bicycling, and working on his cars. He liked the Pittsburgh Steelers and of course the Nebraska Corn Huskers. He was a Nascar Kurt Busch fan.

Steven is survived by his two daughters, Nicole and Tara Wilden both of Charlotte, IA; his mother, Kathy Wilden of Clinton; a sister, Laura Wilden of Waverly, IA; and a half-brother, Joseph Wilden of Clinton; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a nephew, Wyatt.
