Steven D. Sager age 60 of Clinton, passed away Thursday March 30, 2017 at Manor Care Health Services in Davenport. Visitation will be held Monday April 3rd from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the Pape Funeral Home. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will be held at the Silver Dollar on Main Avenue. Steven was born on Oct. 10, 1956 in Clinton, the son of Arthur "Smokey" and Alyce (Scott) Sager. He worked in upholstery most of his life. He was a member of the Clinton Church of Christ. He enjoyed playing billiards, fishing, outdoors, bicycling, and with his frisbee.

Steven is survived by his sister, Barbara Sager of Freeport, IL; his brothers, Robert Sager of Morrison, IL, Don Sager of Clinton, and Rich Sager of St. Louis, MO; his parents, Peggy (Eldo) Krebs of Clinton; a step-brother, Kerry Avery of Clinton; his nieces and nephews, Marrisa, Jason, Matthew, Alysia, Jeremy, and Aaron; and three great nephews, Jayden, Jarod, and Jaxsyn.
