Carroll E. Jurgensen age 76 of Marshalltown, IA, passed away Monday Nov. 28, 2016 at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Monday Dec. 5, 2016 at Clinton Lawn Cemetery, Clinton. Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com. Carroll was born on Sept. 14, 1940 in Goose Lake, IA, the son of Hans and Sylvia (Schroeder) Jurgensen. He was a veteran in the US Army, serving in the 334th Infantry Division from 1967-1969. He will be remembered as a well-liked and a socialable person, who touched many lives, and loved ice cream.
