GRIBBON, REDMOND, WOLFE, MCDONNELL

The Clinton Herald Wednesday June 14, 1972 p. 12 Miss Lucille Gribbon, 72, of DeWitt, a native of this community, died late this morning in Westwing Place here. Arrangements are pending in the Hanrahan Funeral Home. Lucille, daughter of William H. and Alice Redmond Gribbon, was born March 15, 1900. She was employed for years by the federal government at the Rock Island Arsenal and in Fort Wayne, Ind., before retiring three years ago to DeWitt to live with a sister, Mrs. Mary McDonnell. She was a member of St. Joseph Chruch here. Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Phil (Mildred) Wolfe, Lost Nation, and Mrs. McDonnell.
The Clinton Herald Thursday June 15, 1972 p. 8 The funeral sercie for Miss Lucille Gribbon, 72, who died Wednesday at Westwing Place will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church with requiem Mass celebrated by the Rev. Francis P. Kelly. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Visitation at the Hanrahan Funeral Home will begin at 2:30 p.m. today. The parish Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
