Gregory L. Robbins-Tate, age 62 of Fulton, IL, formerly of Clinton, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the VA Hospital in Iowa City. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday May 17th at the Salvation Army Citadel, Clinton. Visitation will be Tuesday 11:00 AM until the service hour at the Salvation Army. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family. Burial will be at St. Irenaeus Calvary Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com. Greg was born on Jan. 29, 1954 in Clinton, the son of Adam and Betty (Crolick) Robbins. He served in the US Army and the US Marines. He worked as a cook at J&D Steakhouse and Burger King. He enjoyed fishing, drawing, and playing video games. Greg is survived by his two sons, Joseph and Vincent; 19 brothers and sisters, James Robbins, Adam Robbins Jr., Lesa Gay, Sandy Bousman, Lelia Smith, Debora Carlton, Steve Robbins, Kenneth Burmester, Kevin Robbins, Mike Robbins, Donald Robbins, Yancy Robbins, Jimmy Brockett, David Craig, George Craig, Joe Robbins, Madonna Robbins, Hans Robbins, and Toby Craig; and several nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and 3 sisters.
