Allene B. Morgan age 90 of Clinton, passed away Wednesday May 11, 2016 at her home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday May 16, 2016 at the Pape Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday 10:00 AM until the service hour at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Stephan, Aaron, Richard, Tate, and Trevor Betts, and Jason Weller. Memorials may be given to the Clinton Humane Society. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com. Allene was born on March 13, 1926 in Clinton, the daughter of Stephan and Barbara (Mowsus) Gendvilas. She worked at the Clinton Garment Factory as a seamstress for many years. She married Charley Morgan in 1974 in Rock Island, IL; he died in 2006. Allene enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and spending time with her family. Allene is survived by her daughter, Karon Perkins-Drevyanko of Clinton; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and a great-great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter-Sharon, 5 sisters, and 2 brothers.
