Craig E. Geiger, 66, of Fenton, Illinois, passed away, Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at the Morrison Community Hospital – Morrison, Illinois.

In accordance with his wishes there will be no services or visitation. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Craig Edward Geiger was born on January 15, 1950 in Auburn, New York, the son of Edward and Ethel (Nolan) Geiger. He graduated from high school in New York and served in the United States Army.

Craig worked for ADM for 15 years and was a traveling millwright. He also farmed in the Fenton area for many years.

Craig enjoyed farming, playing computer games, reading and most importantly spending time with his grandchildren.

Craig is survived by his daughter: Jennifer (Eric) Nissen of Camanche, his son: Jeremy (Kim) Geiger of Camanche; three grandchildren: Hanna, Isaac, and Madelyn; four step-grandchildren: Tori, Tierney, Brett, Meleece; his finance: Julie Guilliams of Fenton, step-children Tina (Allyn) Schoenfeld of Wisconsin & Missy Guilliams of Clinton three siblings, Judith (Terry) Stockton of South Carolina, Cathy Potter of New York, and Edward (Kelly) Geiger, Jr. of New York. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters: Charlotte and Sherri, and step-son: Randy Guilliams.
