Joshua W. Snyder age 36 of Clinton was found March 17, 2016 near Buffalo, Iowa. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the Pape Funeral Home. Burial will take place at a later time in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Freeport, IL. Joshua was born in Morrison on October 20, 1979, the son of Kenneth and Laura (Staas) Snyder. He married Lisa Nelson on July 31, 2001 in Mobile, AL. Joshua enjoyed spending time building legos with his kids, working on cars, following NASCAR, working in the yard and landscaping. Joshua is survived by his mother, Laura (Steve) Hammond of Clinton; four children, Johnathan, Angel, Benjamine and Sebastian all of Clinton; a sister, Ashley Hammond of Davenport; two brothers, Jacob Snyder and Jordan Snyder both of Clinton; his fiancé, Lindsay Thompson and her son, Tayden of Clinton; his father, Kenneth Snyder of Oregon; grandmother’s Mary Walters of Albany and Arlene Snyder of Fulton and a grandfather, Richard (Marilee) Staas of Freeport. He was preceded in death by grandparents and an aunt, LeAnne Leffler. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com.
