Beverly J. Winoski, 86, of Clinton, passed away, Friday, February 26, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center – North Campus.

A Funeral Mass will be 11:00am, Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Nylin, Nick Davis, Josh Sullivan, Chas Nissen, Sean Anderson, and Frank Winoski, Jr. Visitation will be from 9:30am to the mass time at the church. Beverly Jean Ytsen was born on January 30, 1930 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Clarence and Bridgett Ida (McNamara) Ytsen. Beverly attended the Clinton Schools. She married Thomas Winoski on April 27, 1957 in Clinton; he died December 25, 2006.

She was the quality control inspector at Champion for 39 years retiring in 1992 and was a member of Local #761.

She was a member of Prince of Peace Parish, was a lifelong member of the Clinton Moose Club, and the Clinton Eagles Club Auxiliary #705. She was a bingo player and collector of cookbooks and snow babies and she loved all dogs.

She is survived by her brother: Dennis (Susan) Ytsen of Clinton; a brother-in-law: Frank Winoski of Clinton; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
