Funeral services for Ronald Gohlmann, 71, Lost Nation, were held July 29, 1989 at Bethlehem Lutheran church in Lost Nation.

Mr. Gohlmann died July 27 at the Jackson County Public hospital in Maquoketa.

He married Eva Gombert in 1941 in Bleadhorn.

Mr. Gohlmann retired from the plumbing, heating and welding business in Lost Nation in 1987, after 33 years. He was also a farmer. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Duane (Sybil) Brockmeyer, Lowden; 2 sons, Mike, Maquoketa and Leland, Fremont, Neb.; 3 grandchildren and a brother, Durward, Maquoketa.
