Margie enjoyed many things in her life. Sewing was one of her number one pastimes. Being very artistic, she enjoyed all crafts, oil painting and ceramics. She very rarely missed a Tuesday or Thursday morning at the YWCA for her aqua size class. During her 62 years of marriage, she and Dale together enjoyed boating, swimming and fishing. They were avid campers, meeting many great friends over the years. She would also be the first to tell you that her closest friends were those in her neighborhood of 60 years.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra Keeney of Sabula; grandson, Matthew Keeney of Clinton; a niece and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, Step-father, Lester Ketelsen and brother, Carlyle John “C.J.” Hitchcock.
