Clinton Herald Monday May 14, 1979 p. 6 Mrs. Anna A. Mathews, 84, of 2415 Camanche Ave., died today in Jane Lamb Hospital. The funeral will be 3 p.m. Thursday at Snell-Zorning Funeral Home with the Rev. Stanley Peterson of Zion LUthern Church officiating. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Visitation will br from 3:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Nephews will be pallbearers. She was born Dec. 20, 1894, in Clinton, to Claus and Catheina Duhr. She married Lewis Mathews June 12, 1926, in Cedar Rapids. She was a member of Zion Luthern Church. Survivors include nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1969, a sister and two brothers.
