Kenneth D. Cousins, 52, of Davenport, died Wednesday, April 28, 2004, at Genesis Medical Center-West Campus, Davenport.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 1, at Elmwood Cemetery, DeWitt, with the Rev. W. Robert Schmidt officiating.
Pallbearers will be Roger Kaufman, Ned Schroeder, Ryan Cousins, Loren Petersen, Brad Petersen and Rick Eller.
Visitation is noon-2 p.m. Saturday at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt.
Kenneth Dean Cousins was born June 17, 1951, to M. Dean and Donna Lookhe Cousins. He was a 1969 graduate of Central Community High School, DeWitt.
Ken worked for Oscar Meyer as a meat cutter. He later drove truck.
Ken married Carol Mowry Sept. 17, 1982, in Davenport. He loved working outdoors, gardening and the animals he and Carol raised.
Surviving are his wife, his mother of DeWitt; a sister, Karen Petersen of DeWitt; a brother, Kurt of DeWitt; a niece and several nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, and his grandparents.
