Wednesday January 23, 1963 p. 6 Mrs. Bernard Bohnson, 76, died late Tuesday afternoon at the home of her sister, Miss Rose Jensen, 411 11th Ave. S. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the Snell-Smith funeral home with Rev. Martin S. Bredow of Zion Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday. Mary J. Jensen was born Feb. 22, 1886 in Clinton, the daughter of Arfst and Rosine Wogens Jensen. She was educated in Clinton public schools and married Bernard Bohnson Oct. 12, 1910. He died in October of 1959. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and Ruth Circle. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Lyle M. (Ruth) Jefferies of Clinton; one son, Lorin F. of Chicago; two sisters, Miss Rose Jensen of Clinton and Mrs. G.J. (Alma) Neumann of Waverly; one brother, Arthur of Clinton; six grandchildren and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, four brothers, one sister and one grandson.
