Clinton Daily Age, Thursday July 18, 1901 p.3 Chas. B. Johnston, brother of Mrs. J.J. McDonald, died at the home of the latter in Lyons at noon Wednesday. Mr. Johnston came her two weeks ago to visit his sister and was taken ill while here. His home is in Boston, Mass. He was a man about 70 years of age and a widower. He leaves two children, Brent Johnston of Boston, who has been here for about a week and Tyner Johnston. The funeral service, which will be held from the McDonald residence this afternoon after which the remains will be shipped east on the Colorado Special.
