The Clinton Herald; March 25 1931 Mrs. William Lehman, 538 Second avenue South, died at 5 o'clock this morning in her home after a prolonged illness. Funeral services will be held Friday, privately at 2 o'clock in the home and for friends at 2:30 p.m. in the Zion Lutheran church. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Catharine Duhr was born in Thielen, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany Apirl 5, 1867. She was married to William Lehman June 1, 1890. Two of the children born to them died in infancy and she leaves to mourn, her husband, three sons, Fred and Frank Lehman of Clinton and Harry of Peoria, Ill. She also leaves a brother, Claus Duhr of Clinton, two sisters, Mrs. John Weinbeck and Mrs. August Bishop of Clinton and two sisters in Germany.
She was a member of the Zion Lutheran church, of the Aid society and of the German Ladies auxiliary.
