Barbara L. Timmerman age 69 of Clinton, passed away Wednesday July 24, 2013 at her home. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 AM Monday July 29th at Prince of Peace Parish. Visitation will be held Sunday 1 – 4 PM at the Pape Funeral Home. Cremation rites will follow the visitation. Burial will be at St. Irenaeus Calvary Cemetery. Barbara was born in Grafton, North Dakota on September 6, 1943, the daughter of Herman W. and Leona P. (Burns) Tappe. She married Alvin “Butch” Timmerman on Dec. 30, 1961 in Kieler, WI, he died in 1998. She was a homemaker and in later years a home caregiver to others. She was a member of Prince of Peace Parish. Barbara enjoyed gardening, camping, fishing, and spending time with her family.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Timmerman of Muskego, WI; a brother, Michael (Colleen) Tappe of Shakopee, MN; five sisters, Kay (Bob) Kramer of Valentine, NE, Virginia (Mel) Blann of Fulton, IL, Kathy Tappe of Livingston, MT, Mary Jo (LeRoy) Gibson of Helena, MT, and Annie (Mark) Scarff of Helena, MT; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother, and two sisters.
